I first discovered climbing on a rainy Sunday afternoon at the age of ten. My sister and I had the urge to go and try rock climbing because we always thought it was real cool. After that day we joined the kid's camp at Class 5, in San Rafael. I started to compete when I was eleven. That was when we joined Zero Gravity.

With the help of Scot Jenerik, our coach, I started to learn how to train really hard. I quickly started to make goals for myself. My skills with ropes and bouldering rapidly sprung up and I discovered a new side of me that I never imagined was there. I have also discovered the magic outside climbing.

Now I am currently competing in the Canadian circuit because I am a Canadian citizen. I am training to go to Junior Worlds in the fall.
